Default How tough should I go?

I'm planning on putting some 100-125hp injector nozzles and a boost elbow and exhaust on my truck, what kind of transmission upgrades should go with them? Could I get away with just a good TC or am I gonna need more?

You'll prob need a pretty well built trans... I dont think just a TC and VB will do it. Maybe for a little while, but eventually it'll blow

Just the injectors and elbow will get your converter slipping and shuddering. It all depends on what kinda budget you have, because you can easily end up $3500 deep in parts alone and still not have billet output shaft.

I was thinkin a pretty hefty TC, VB and Shift kit for now... and if I end up cooking it im gonna put a whole new built trani in it from Goerend. But im only going for some small injectors, and an elbow for now, hopefully this fall/winter I'll be upgrading to a Smarty and a phatshaft 62
