I bought a 95 fuso fe for moving bees in the forest with 98k miles , it had been sitting several years its the economy ! I changed the fue ,lnew batteries , when tring to crank the fuel filter literally builds pressure till it blows ! it will start on starting fluid or gas on a wrag at the intake and sounds good , but about the time you think its gonna fire up without these measures the fuel filter will blow , it is the filter between the pump and the injectors ?

 

Maybe have someone cross the filter number and see if there is a high pressure filter.
