Default 95 7.3 losing power

I have a question my 95 7.3 acts like it has no power at times. Idle sounds good, you can hear the turbo spool up, but as you press the foot feet it slowly builds speed. This has been random it does this & then it can all of the sudden it can regain power, thoughts........

OK, will changing my exhaust to a 4in make a difference with the valve?

No... There is a little plug under the intake side of the turbo, just unplug it and forget it...

What does it do? Anything power or noise? Like can it do any good even if mine doesn't have anything wrong with it

The EBPV is there to aid in engine warm up... It's annoying and unplugging it gains you nothing but not having to deal with it...
