My truck had a tranny rebuild about 10k ago it just started having a weird but new issue. I back out of my drive way in reverse and go rite into drive and it shifts hard and late. But if i back out of my drive way in reverse go into park first the drive everything is fine any ideas. The rebuild place is about 3 hours away and they didnt fix the problem and im not trying to drive up there again.

I have a Goerend 47 re less than 5k on it.I just pulled it to install a nv 4500 for a puller only truck.the tranny has the triple billet converter input shaft and valve body.new this tranny costs $5200 from Dave.this one is ready to go for $4200.Still with a 2 year warranty.
