can you run an IDI on used filtered ATF ? Veggie oil is getting scarce in SOCAL ! you think it was liquid gold or something.

aslong as it is filtered, an idi will run on WMO, WATF, WHF. just it will wear out pumps and injectors faster due to a higher carbon content.

well our wondeful low sulfur fuel will do the same due to lack of lube.... guess were screwed either way sounds like.... a little W/ATF will do some good I would think, as long as ya dont use too much... like I run 1 qt to 19 gallon tank...... and if I have enough fuel 1 gallon of waste filtered oil to 10 gallons of #2fuel...like to run #2 B5 better... that 5% bio makes a difference in power, smoke , and econemy in my truck.... from what testing I have done.

I can see how the wmo can carbon up stuff a bit.... i try to run it light
