Default P pump conversion questions

I've been searching on here and reading up on everybody doing the p pump conversions and have yet to find out all the details in doing the whole conversion. I have a 91 W250 I've been working on for a while, pretty much restored and I have a 97 1500 conversion that has a 98 3500 motor in it,which is also for sale. I have recently rebuilt the head on and rebuilt the turbo
and haven't had any problems. But I was planning on p pumping my 1st gen in the long run so what better time than now? So in all in all I should have everything to do the conversion and not have to go hunting for parts? I know about the injector differences and all but cams shouldn't be an issue? Thanks for any advice...
