im thinking of replacing my turbo with a hollset hx40 any body have any thoughts on this

i havent had a problem with the 66 it's pretty lagy im looking for something thats going to spool quicker

Just give the 66 the fuel it requires... your injectors are way too small

i was just looking for something that will give me boost in the 40 to 50 pound range and will keep my egts down

63mm will make all the boost you need and keep your 150s cool enough to tow with. I would imagine you silver bullet is so slow to spool that its causing your egts to rise.

I didn't give that any thought because he never said he wants to tow anything and I have 4.10 gears I think that's an advantage with a 66... he obviously wanted to run the turbo, I say before copping out atleast set it up properly and see how it is. 250hp injector is what you need.
