Im looking at a 2006 2500 dodge 4x4. It is 6 spd with 108k on the ticker. No gooseneck in bed still has factory muffler. Any regards I should look into before makin the jump into buyin it? Looks to be stock.

 

run a carfax on it

run the serial number with a chrysler dealer and see if they shaow anything

other than that just look it over real good

 

check your front end for play. look at your ball joints and everything under the front end. remember these engines way a TON. they tend to be hard on front ends. also check engine hours. see if its been idle'd for long periods. i think to check hrs its push and hold trip button dash for like 10 years and i think it will show up. good luck
