Default Bad Day for my 2012 Cummins with 5000 miles

Well was at a stop sign and took off on the hot tune with the hot damm with boost tuning. have all deletes and exhast and so on and have the trans tune. well lets just say was pulling really well and pop the turbo sounded like i blew a tube or worse. well then here comes the white smoke out the stacks and no power at all. locked the junk junk P.O.S !!! turbo and its locked tight with for sure the oil seals blown. well took the S& B intake tube and looked at the wheel on the turbo intake side well wheel is there thank god but cant spin it even with a screw driver so its blow and oil pouring into the exhaust side and some in to the tube and cooler. and all this with 5000 miles. Well the dealer did not help at all since its built and they say even if i take it all off the mini maxx lext a trace hiw if i put it back to stock and bolt everything back on.????? But anyways I was just going to get it fixed to get a stock turbo and take it right off. these turbos are junk i dont care if some have lots of miles on them they are junk. So any ideas and ideas on why it happened besides being junk. And im going to get a silver bulet 66 and gen 3 manifold and head studs to get the most reliable i can anyone have any ideas gen 2 set up or gen 3 at least lets me use my 5 " flo pro down pipe and S&B that are on the truck.

You just over spun the Turbo. It can't take but so much before it pops. The 66 would be a good choice for the 6.7 Cummins but not the 5.9 for daily driving and towing.

i would just run the 3rd gen setup with the 66. thats what im running. it was pretty much a direct bolt on setup. with the 2nd gen you would have to do some fabbing on the down pipe. i never had any probs with my vgt and i ragged the hell out of it. but you will love the 66

do you think the 66 makes alot more power then the stock and i hear with the gen 3 manifold it sounds pretty nasty and the turbo you can hear it spool alot more.?

They sound 10x better and alot louder. Runs a lot better and cleaner very minimal smoke with stock injectors. You can hear the turbo whistling at idle and its really loud banging the gears
