So far all third gen rams seem to have the worst seat foam in the industry; searched several weeks and finally decided to do it, all for less than $20 and about an hour.

Bottom cover off, not much too it and corners had collapsed and springs felt from the top


Bottom foam lifted; just place "present" underneath; fits like a glove

100% long distance comfort improvement. Took the truck on a 700 mi round trip to Bama the same weekend without any back pain; quite a change. Best time and money ever spent.

 

Nice! Now if somebody made a cheep kit to replace the foam on the outside lip... My personal truck isn't too bad, but every ambulance at my FD is like sitting on an old milk crate...
