Default Oil In The Coolant, Oil Looks Ok

Ok so after a lomng trip (600+ miles) I now have some oil floating on top of my coolant in the radiator...... oil cooler ??? I do still have a headgasket thats seeping oil out of the passengerside head.... should I just pull motor and do it all.... or just do the oil cooler and see where she leads me... almost have the enitre truck rebuilt.... only need to do the head gaskets and the t-case..... wich blew up on me this last tuesday on my way to work.... took off from a stop sign and BANG !!!!!... nothin... got er in 4 low and managed 20mph for the 3/4 mile to work..... so how hard is a borg/warner 1356 t-case to rebuild anyways??
Gonna need some help guys....... I have a 205 out of my chevy.... tempting... wrong side drop out though....

new cooler is expensive. the orings and seals will cost ya less than 100 bucks.

withthe orings, i have found out petroleum jelly is best to put on them. and dont use sparingly. lather it up.
