Ok... I've been through the search feature, and tested about everything You guys have said to test,
Fuse 22 is good,
Getting voltage to the PCM,
I've got fuel pressure at the schrader valve,
Replaced fuel pump and fuel selector. Still no start..
Did find that the Glow Plug Solenoid doesn't turn off, even after about 5 minutes. I aslo have no communication the my code scanner.. This truck has been sitting for two years, and i've also drained the tanks and put fresh fuel in.. Any Ideas? wondering If the PCM is bad?

 

Did you actually test fuse 22 or just visually inspect it? Unplug your fuel bowl heater and replace that fuse... See what you got after that...

And both big lugs on the gpr are staying on?

 

At first I visually inspected, then when it still didn't start I tested it with a DVOM and it tested fine.

 

Have you tried a new CPS?
