I'm buying new rims and tires and I was gunna do a three inch body with 33s but i went to buy some and they only had 35s for 17 in rims would there even be enough clearance to do that or with just a three inch body lift? Also does ne one no of good places online to get tires that are a good price im about completly lost at this point on where to go and wat to do I'm working with about a 2000 dollar budget

I have found 4wheelparts.com to have the best prices on truck tires. A 3 inch body lift should clear 33x12.5's but you will need at least 4 inches to clear 35's. actually skyjacker recommends 6 inchs of lift for 35's on your year truck. assuming you have a 2500 or 3500 dont run a 15 inch rim. it wont clear the brakes. a 305/70-16 tire with a 16x10 rim on your truck will look sweet. i am a bfg fan so i would go with their a/t or m/t. you should come in at 1500-1800 w/body lift.

 

I would suggest buying a 4 inch suspension lift and waiting a bit to get tires. As for where to get tires, Tire rack.com , ebay and believe it or not, craigslist. My brother got used 35's with awsome tread and like new aluminum wheels for $375 from a guy.(worth $1950 new )
