was replacing my axle today and noticed my sway bar links are shot. was looking on ginos for some new ones and came arcoss the Maxx links. has anyone used these before and have any incite on them? i have an 04 2500 with an eight inch lift. the site says the links will work with a lift but only up to three inch, has anyone but them on a truck with a bigger lift? most of my front end is stuck will these work? i appreciate any help with this

 

I have them on a stock height truck, they replaced the OE units fine and have work good.

 

Usually lifts drop down your sway bar, check to see how long you actually need

 

8" lift is huge. You'd probably need to order something special

 

With such a lift you'd think it would have came with either modified links or a way to accommodate the OEM style.

I cleaned them up, checked and the lift is accommadating the oem links. they are just not holding up. I was looking for something more durable, came across the maxx links. was looking to see if any one had any input on them and if anyone has used them on a similar lift height.

 

If the lift is accommodating the OEM's get the maxx links for a 3" lift. The heim and stud that replaces the OEM has gotta be better than the soft rubber. Anything that has polyurethane will last longer than rubber. It doesn't ozone rot, crack, or and turn gummy from oils.
