Default taking out my chip?

thinking of taking out my chip to drag race my truck in the highschool drags because i feel like i might blow it up i have a built tranny and every thing but in the longrun what would the outcome be if i kept it out .better fuel milage? less black smoke?(i dont want that though i love it. less power obviously but anything else?

You are worried about blowin something up? You have a built tranny to handle the power... if you take the chip out you will get less performace so most likely you will get your a$$ handed to you pushing those 37's if your looking to drag.. and you wll see less mileage too. I just really dont see your point?

If you are worried about "blowing it up" i would buy a stock turbo, injectors, get rid of your lift and tires and just run it stock!

if you are racing keep the chip in, if you take the chip out with those stage 1s its gonna run like a stock truck and with your turbo set up your you are not going to make that much boost

It's going to run like a stock 170rwhp truck without the chip...
