Default speedo cable gear

I have a 1984 f250 6.9 4 speed manual 4x4. I need the gear for the end of the cable. How many teeth should it have? I know they range from 16 to 21. Also does anyone have a fuse diagram for this truck?.

Speedo is now fixed, it was the dark red 16tooth. Now I have to install a new fuse box since the corner with the dash light fuse is melted from the previous owner.

I've already pulled 30ft of wiring hooked to power with live fusible links that lead nowhere and are tied to the frame or coiled up in the engine bay
