I've been in the market for an OBS diesel for a while..here is my delinquent

Wife lost her job so I really don't want/need a new payment. I've been trying to sell my k5 for funds for my "new " rig. I've got a guy that's wanting to trade my my 90 GMC k5 203k miles for his 96 7.3L f350. Truck looks to be in good shape from the pics I've seen. He claims he just had it looked at from a dealership and has a current state inspection. My concern is its got 300k miles. I know that's "broke in " but assuming it was taken care of....are the miles a concern? Or given the trade off should I go for it anyway.

I'm prob gong to meet the guy this weekend. Rig is what I'm looking for.

Any input?

Personally I wouldn't buy a vehicle with that amount of miles.but if everything seems to be working and he has service records I would do it, but resale value isn't going to be good.
