Default chip level and exhaust temp

hi.. i have an 02 gmc with a straight exhaust cold air intake and the ppe boost valve. i also have the hot 2 ppe chip and just rebuilt my transmission and was wondering how hi i can run the chip while pulling... and what temps should i be lookin at on the pyro so i dont damage the motor any? any advice will help thank you

I usually use my tow mode on my chips when im pullin. It depends on that ur pullin also ur not supposed to go over 1350 for very long. I usually try to keep mine under 1200. But most of the time it wont get over 1000 but im not pullin anything crazy big ether.

Yep if it stays around or above 1300* for a long while that will cause some damage
