Default overdrive light

Hey guys haven't been on years. I finally have a computer now . My 90 f250 has the overdrive light on the whole time I replaced the button still the same problem. The trans will manual shift fine but in drive it feels like its in third. The tach also doesn't work it stays at 0 all the time. Fuses are good. Could the tps be bad??

check the pick up on the injection pump housing area, it has two wires comming out of it, my understanding is thats the tach pick up.... might be another one but mines an 87.
not sure if thier might be one near the crankshaft, like a crank position sensor.
