4WD i'm assuming? i'm not 100% sure on the TTB front end but it's probably pretty close to the same. remove the hub and everything behind it. then there is a spanner nut. they make a special socket for these but a large punch works too. remove the first one, then the lock washer, then the second spanner nut. note the small pin on the second one. that lines up with the holes on the lock washer. remove the whole caliper frame and tie to frame with wire or twine so the brake line is not supporting weight. then the whole hub comes off. to remove the rotor, put the lug nuts back on and one good, square hit with a hammer will push the studs thru and the hub seperates from the rotor. when you reassemble everything. put the rotor and hub onto a steel wheel and pull the studs back thru with the nuts. while you have everything apart, replace bearings and races. when you install the new bearings into the hub, use a brass punch so you don't damage the new race. keep in mind that the inner and outer bearings are different sizes. it's less than 50 bucks. then put the hub back on the spindle with the new bearings. now for the spanner nuts. put the one with the pin on first with the pin facing you. you want the hubto spin free with a little resistance but have no in and out play. then put on the lock washer, align the tab into the key way and align the pin with one of the holes. it might need some adjustment. then the outer spanner nut. get that one tight.
