Default 4r100?
Will a 4r100 bolt up to a 95 7.3? Found a good deal on a new tranny but it's a 4r100 wanna make sure it'll fit

Its more or less the same tranny, but the connectors are different.

It will fit, but its not a bolt in and go, I cant recall what needs to be changed but I believe its the solenoid pack.

they made a few small changes when they changed the body. just to rain on everyones day. just like with the wheels.

Would I be able to make it fit myself? Would I be able to change the solenoid pack out of my old tranny?
