Junk the factor exhaust system and put 3'' down pipe on and 4'' exhaust back have computer reflash the put turbo master on and turn it up 15psi also get other cross over pipe all so

if you have over 100,000 miles on injectors change them out ad stick to factor ones HP injector will not gave you and more HP just waste of $$$

Oh all so get PMD out from under the hood before cook it if you haven't all ready

Is there any way to test the PMD, not sure if I have one tha is going out or not. Hate to spend the money on one and it not fix my prob..

For the the Turbo you can get that from heath also like $150.00 or build your own like lot us do for less then $10.00

For your cross over it cheaper go shop and have one made

For your 97 + air filter system look around the junk yards

For new injectors there guy on ebay that sell bochs think his is moneyslave

i personally think an s&b cold air is better then the stock 97 intake. its well designed and takes air from stock location. just has bigger and cleaner piping.

you make it. all you really need is a sping, and a threaded rod,
look up home made turbo master, youll find a thread good enough with pictures

 

I've done this on my truck. If you don't feel like paying for the turbo master this will work.

On OBII computer has to be reprogram for HP or towing , OBI you can just get a chip for the computer

96 + is OBII computer has be reflash

 

Ok I've got a 95' and have a performance chip. Do I need to worry about the reflash? Also what was that about what was that about something with the crossover pipe?
