I am wanting fo get some feedback on a good programmer for a 2002 lb7. I dont need a hot rod just good towing power and fairly economical ,Either on the fly or not. edge,ppe ,banks???

 

I have efi live on my 02, and I love it! And it's the best choice for a dmax. Hope this helps you out! And I'd check duramaxtuner.com. They have good stuff.

 

I'm thinking about selling my six gun with speed loader in favor of a efi live setup if you interested?

Efi is expensive but if you do your own work and plan keeping the truck it's worth it.

Banks is less expensive and idiot proof, it has 5 tunes on the fly. I used to have a predator but having to stop the truck, plug in the tuner everytime I hooked up to a trailer got old.

 

If your going with edge I would cough the couple extra hundred and go efi.

 

Same goes for ppe

i've had banks six gun and edge juice and now im running ppe hot race2 and love it. don't get me wrong the banks and edge were good but the PPE is great. i still have the banks six gun and edge juice i'd sell you for a good price

 

edge makes very good programmers
