To program or not to program ???
Can't wait to tune mine I know a guy down here who owns a truck accessories shop that has ordered and installed h&s tuners on 3 trucks so far and I know all the guys that have the trucks they love it, I'm going a different route I'm doing the spartan with the warhammer tune stacked with the innovative diesel torque2.1 it should really be a night and day difference
OP if your worried about warranty stuff or anything I would just go with innovatives torq 2.1 and turn it up to where you want it and be done. Best part is it is undetectable and works with stock exhaust and air filter, it can also be removed easily if it needs to go to the dealer.
Sweet im just lookin to add some better MPG's and so i can get a straight pipe, but im worried about havin something major break. I have a 2011 6.7 and i just usually use it for highway time and goin out its used maybe 6 times a month but i do like to get on her and haull *** every now and then so thats when im worried about something goin out.
2nd, what is "windowing the blocks"? Rod and bearing failures? I'm looking at getting a '12-'14 6.7L after January and have been trying to decide on what warranty I want to go with as well as how much I can get done and away with without voiding it. The torque 2.1 allows you to run stock intake/ DPF exhaust/ and EGR without voiding warranty?
