Default 6.5L Rattles

Hello,
I have looked all over the forum for several hours, I have a shut off rattle and
when I found out it could be the harmonic ballancer issue I took the pulley off
and inspected it. It checks out no play no cracks and rubber looks good.
My truck has 107,000 miles and is a 94 gmc with the 5 speed 4x4.
The sound is pretty mild and less than a cummings, but thought i should
see if it is a bad sign. Any advice would be great.

Thank you very much,
