Default Roll-Back bed?

Alright...a 1999 international 4700 with the 7.3 powerstroke and a 5 speed has recently fell into my hands. Already has a contracters dump bed, But I'd much rather have a roll-back bed (haul equipment and make a little extra money on the side). How much is something like a 20 footer gonna run me? Also where is a decent place to get one (used, of course). Any suggestions/ideas?

might be cheaper to turn it into a flatbed dump, and build ramps, put a winch up front, tilt and prop it, winch it up.
A used rollback bed in decent shape is probably going to to be hard to find, unless you can find a wreck at a salvage auction, and pull the bed off it yourself.

Hey farmingsthelife.
There are plenty of dealers all over the US that specialize in new and used tow truck equipment. If you are serious, check one of those in your area. Something you need to look at here, if the truck had a dump box on it, there is a good chance that it would need to be lengthened to install a rollback unless it is really a short bed. If it is it’s pretty much useless for a rollback. Investing in a used bed isn’t too bad but if you have to stretch the truck and do any updates to make it safe and reliable, you might want to rethink your plans. Not having seen the truck it’s hard to give much advice but look it over and decide what you need before you spend a bunch trying to make it work. My thoughts anyway.
Stay safe out there.
Ken
