stainless xcess?!?!?
Do i need to keep the stainless line that goes from exhaust manifold to therm. Housing.....

Well that doesn't have anything to do with the coolant flowing to the turbo does it? Like an exhaust temp activated valve or something? I don't know for sure but that sounds like what that line could be for
