injector

Default injector

air bubbles around injector. Bad injector? i feel stupid asking just want to make sure before i order new ones

coming from where it threads into the head or up top where the plastic cap is? if it is up top order a return line kit from somewhere like oregon fuel injection or off ebay.

What is involved with replacing injector return lines?

get a injecotor return line kit. unthred the metal line from injector, pull platic cap off. then take the 2 orings off. install new orings with some vasaline on them. install the cap and reintall the line. after getting all new caps on, then cut the hose to fit between the caps. takes me about 40 mins if it is NA. longer if it has a turbo.

But it's basically the same with both mines turbo

yea, with the turbos it makes it harder to route the lines just becasue it can be in the way. depends on the turbo setup it has. i am going to guess yours is a stock ATS turbo.

Are there Any gaskets or orange in the fuel lines I should worry about when I pull them off

nope. the metal feed lines are like a brake line. compression fittings.
