I've seen talk about it on another site... Looks good. Hopefully it's affordable otherwise it will end up like every other pipe kit out there that nobody can afford...

Personally, I wouldn't pay it.. You can get some pipes from a 7.3 SD and make them work, but if you want some custom pipes that just slide right in, that is a good choice. The reason he doesn't have a price yet is because they are still in the beginning stages of building them. Once he gets a feel for who all wants them, he can get them built and determine the price from that. The more sets he does the cheaper the price will be...

I got off the phone with him about an hour ago, seems like a stand up guy and he said the reason he doesnt have a set price i because his prototype is being duplicated and they will tell him how much it will be if he orders 15-30 and like 50-100 or something like that. He also said they are us made so thats a +. I really don't want welds all over my pipes and i can't find a spyder anyway. I just thought it was nice to just buy a whole kit and stick my cooler in it and be done. I'm on the road a lot with this thing and i don't have time to run around and find parts thats all. I just wanted to know what you guys thought. It doen't seem like a scam but idk i figured id ask you guys!

I didn't say it wasn't a good product... I'm saying you could buy two SD pipes for like 50 bucks, find an early 99 spyder for 100-150 bucks and the boots. You will need to extend the boots on one side, I forget which one to make it work cuz it comes up a little short I think... So you could save yourself some money. But if you want a one and done, go for it...

or just go to a big rig shop and get different bends and cut, weld, then cut some more and weld some more. look on this site. there is a thread for intercooling OBS or something like that. there are a few links with pictures of home made kits.

Its not hard to make your own, and even his kit will still have welds in it.
