new to 6.7

my old man is looking at a 2010 6.7 with about 70 miles on it. looking at common problems or if it worths buying one. mega cab long bed, 4x4, fully loaded, looking at 40 grand for it? any help will be appreciated.

i got a 08 mega. good truck after i done a few things. i got 106k on it already.
