well, switch your motor to a cummins turbo diesel and better power improvements will be seen.

Welcome Ridge! .

What kind of EGT's do you see at WOT? Im curious as to what injectors you are using? 230 hp?

There are a few things you can do - you can go with a different fuel plate or grind your stocker (try a 100 or a zero). What position is your plate in? Sliding it all the way forward will give you a little bit of extra hp. Ive heard that gutting your AFC housing will help but havent tried it.

You have left out a lot of details about your truck. Do you have the critical guages installed? What kind of air intake do you have? 4 or 5" exhaust? What tranny? auto/manual and its it modified to accept this extra HP?

BTW, theres no such thing as a CumminGs...

One more thing, you will get some more info if you spend some time in our 12V forums.

^^^ I was about to tell him the same thing.

I take it you bought the truck just recently and haven't read up on it much?

You can do a few things: GSK, Modify your AFC, Adjust your Starwheel, Move your plate forward, Rack Travel Plug Mod...a bunch of hot stuff. The reason I say HOT is because almost all of these are going to greatly increase your EGT's.

Of course, with a K31, you should already have plenty of air for what you got. I'm amazed it'll spool though. I'm sure you have gauges at this point too, and keep that EGT gauge below the 1200* mark.

Why do you want more fuel anyway...with the 3 mods you listed you should be running plenty of power.

How about you fill out your sig so we can see what kind of truck you have and what kind of mods, otherwise we're like a blind kid running through a field of barbed wire.

I hinted towards that sarcastically.
