Left Front Axle......

Cruising up the street, sounds like there is sand inside the tire. I hope it's an axle u-joint.

its the hub, trust me, I had the same sound for a month or so before mine locked up

X2 on the hub man... The U Joint wont make that noise

I guess 6 years, 137,000 miles isn't bad on the front end.

Well the front end is almost done in. Took it out for a test run last night after replacing the turbo, installed an Edge EZ, and a Rok CPS, and tonight after replacing the oil drain gasket. Went across an overpass and the left front wheel started bouncing, bad!!

Was hit or miss a few months ago.
