Default Intake whats the best

I've been searching like crazy and cant find it whats the best intake setup that retains the toaster also wondering about charge air cooler upgrade?

By toaster I guess you mean grid heater? I run a CFM+ intake manifold.

ANYTHING is better than stock! Just find yourself one thats made well and hit the vendors up here. im sure they would love to send you some PMs about the good bad and ugly of each brand out there. Im going with the newrer banks one myself.

Ive been looking at the GDP intake plenum cover but getting the one that keeps the toaster as i live in iowa and it gets mighty cold sitting out in the middle of no where

I would recommend the GDP one. I have a buddy who has it on his 3rd gen and it looks great. He says it helps spool up and lower egts.

I have a GDP boss intake manifold and will be getting the intake horn as well. It is the easiest way to get the two micron fuel filter system added as well. All the parts work together and you can keep the "toaster". I am.
