Default highlife to towlife

hey guys i have a 1993 ford 7.3 idi thats lifted 7 inches with 35's. i just bought a goosneck trailer and need my truck to tow it. i already plan on taking the 4 and a half in chassie lift out and just keeping the 3 inch body and taking the 35's off when needing to to tow for tractor pulls and scrapping cars. i need help because i dont know what kind of hitch i should look at getting or gunna have to make it custom for my 3 inch body lift. if i could get any ideas that would be so much help. thank you

My truck has a B&W gooseneck and the way it fits my bed I would think you should get ride of the body lift and keep the suspension lift. The B&W sits flush with the bed floor so if it was lifted by a body lift the hitch would be 3inches below the bed floor.

Now I'm no expert by anymeans but there are quite a few lifted trucks around the Phx area I have seen towing with a gooseneck but its mostley rock buggies and offroad toys that don't weigh a lot. Hope someone else can chime in with more info for ya and good luck! Ill post a pic of how mine sits in the bed and maybe it will give ya some ideas.
