ive been looking into programmers and have heard a bit about both the smarty and the edge tuners. which would be the better choice for an 04 cummins? whats the biggest diff between the smarty jr. and the smarty pod? trying to do a little research and see what everyone is using and thier opinions. thanks for the help.

 

Smarty Jr has 5 settings up to 100hp. The Smarty has ten settings with 200+ HP. POD is adjustable on the fly.

I'll tell you my edge runs hot but good. I have a friend with a smarty and it has great power. I'd rather have a smarty

i first had a edge on my 08 then i got a smarty. i just used the juice for gauges but it was still hooked up. the other night my truck started missing. i found my edge juice was bad somewhere, because i unhooked it and my truck runs fine. smarty is my pick. way cooler on egts too.

 

Smarty Junior has 3 horsepower levels not 5
