I'd like to see everyone with an ORV that is street legal or on a trailer in Murphy and Tellico this weekend. It's the first Saturday after the trails reopen from winter.

Let's put a face and a visual on who and what we are.

Toyota, Jeep, truggy, buggy....doesn't mater as long as it is there.

We need to show Murphy who we are, what were about and how much money we spend. I'm putting together ground work for a parade of rigs in town. Then spend an hour or two in town and go trail ride. A pot-luck supper at Crawfords that evening. trail ride on Sunday or go home. Just be there to support our community.

For the closings?? I think they just closed at least 3 trails including Guardrail.

I think this is a great Idea! The UFWDA will be there to lend it's support.

The state of GA is trying to close it trails also, so it a big fight all over the country.

I would love to be there but our club ride is the same time and we'll be at Harlan Ky. Good luck guys, if they get Tellico who knows which one is next!

Nick, is that the all yota ride in Harlyn? I am changing my vacation to go to Murphy to help support, never been there any suggestions as to decent places to stay? I am sure they will have filled up? my wife is to much of a princess to camp in early April

i had gone thru this sort of stuff with a shooting range in socal. just get everyone you know to call and pester everyone(i mean in a nice way). from the local rep. thru your congressman. it took us
a looooong time. but we had a senator and sheriffs on our side telling the forest service to "open it back up, were tired of people shooting illegally on the side of the hiway!" it worked. i see the word is spreading for you guys, and thats good. but the more the merrier.

i`m doing my part by spreading the word as much as possible. i dont think i could make it up there. but i would like to know someday i could, and be able to use the lands.
it seems the more they take away down here the more people @#$ up the areas that are left! wich makes them want to take away more . and when is it enough? never.
the forest circus is the biggest bunch of retards sometimes.
