So I have my ts 6pos chip, AEM stage2 cold air intake, 4in turbo back, and gauges. What should I do next?

Whats your HP goal?

Right now you have about 300hp.

Great aspirations....

Not likely without spending a ton of money though. You'll still get your *** handed to you by most mild-moderately modified Duramax and Cummins trucks unless you want to get into the $10K+ range.

I'm not knocking you or your 7.3L either....look at my info in the upper right corner. I own two of the dinosaurs.

TRANSMISSION!!!! if it is an automatic get her built up, if stick I'd say upgrade the clutch

like csi said u need a number...not just a "be the fastest thing" id say start with a lower goal of something like 400 or 500hp then step up from there to 600 then keep going up till ur happy with it.
