anyone else having trouble with keeping tires on these trucks

 

the back tires on my truck seem to wear pretty quickly

 

I finally had to switch out the original tires after the truck had 65k on it. I went to the Goodyear Silent Armour Pro Kevlar in 285/70/17. They have been on for 18k miles and I had a 4 wheel alignment done when they were installed. when I do my tire rotation at 10k, I do another alignment. Costs a little more but maybe that's one of the issues people are having with short tire life. Tire compound makes a big difference. Smoking them almost off doesn't help either,.
