ok so i just bought this '01 and thought i got a bargain cause i had such low miles, but like most other '01s its throwing the p0093, like the dozens of threads ive read its gotta be the cp3, injectors, or fuel rail pressure sensor, since my truck has such low miles would it more likely be just the sensor in this specific situation? or can either of those mentioned above still be the prob regardless of miles

thats all fine and good but its over its 7 years

 

if the fuel rail pressure sensor was unplugged the truck would not run at all. the p0093 is a common code for bad cp3. but at 57K miles thats odd the truck has been babied.

when was the last fuel filter change?

 

is it stock or have you put a tuner on it ...

i had the code throw about 7 months ago and could not find the prob .. my injectors and cp3 have 16k on them ... hunted and i was getting an air leak in my fuel filter from the oring
i replaced it and didnt have any thing throw for a month .. parked the truck and wont be home till oct to drive more and see if that was the only prob but seems to be
