1223 code trouble

Default 1223 code trouble
My truck is showing a 1223 code when I have steady acceleration above 60 mph. The description of the code is pedal demand sensor does anybodry know how to correct this?

Starting to think that the problem exists in the software installed during an ecm flash. Has anyone had a 1223 code prior to an ecm flash?

Solved my problem. The 1223 code progressed to a 0148 high pressure common rail. Took the valve cover off and started the engine; the number 4 injector was leaking. Replaced the injector, no more codes.
