John Deere Repower

I've got a john deere 140 I would love to repower to a diesel anyone have any idea what I engine I can use right now it's powered by a kohler 321 junk.

look at lombardini, hatz, yanmar, lister petter or go on ebay theres ususally quite a few chinese small diesels

I know this thread is old but figured I would jump in. Here's a JD 140 on youtube with a V-Twin conversion.
