Default 99% sure on purchase. Looking for input

Hey guys ill start off by saying Hello since i am a new member.

I just put a deposit on a 1996 Dodge 3500 12v Cummins. It has a #10 fuel plate, advanced timing,5" exhaust,KDP tab and an 11 pack leaf kit. Its sitting on 305/85/16's as well.It has a 5spd NV4500 transmission and a southbend clutch kit as well.

there are no leaks at all. it has 112k for mileage. Its got no rust at all anywhere and it was freshly painted. He has all receipts from service all the way back to 3k mile service.

Just wondering if there is anything else i should look for before picking it up.

Also it was owned by a guy who owns a diesel performance shop and im picking it up for $6,500

Make sure the PMD if equipped is not located on the manafold, and is relocated somewhere cool. also make sure the Lift pump is new, or newer, it will go out at 90,000 or less.

No sir you are mistaken on the lift pump, you are thinking of the 2nd gen 24v's, the mechanical lift pump on the 12v's will generally last the life of the engine, its a very durable design.

And thats sounds like a good deal, hard to find a 12v with that low of miles.
