If the UVC connectors are loose you might want to consider buying Ford Part number: 2C3Z-14A163-AB to prevent this from happening again in the future.
Best of luck and let the board know how things work out.
You have checked both the inside and outside connectors?
If not I would check there.
Then I would suspect IDM issues or injector issues.
Everyone of those codes is an electrical injector issue.

hey, i just had this issue with my 95 2 mths ago. i swapped the map sensor, computer, crank sensor and everything else i could swap off my buddies truck before i had to take it to the mechanic...it was the wiring harness on the passenger side. you'd have to take the valve cover off to see it, but the harness was all dicked up. my mechanic couldn't locate a harness for this old of a truck (i was in a hurry, this is my job!) so he had to rewire it and buy a new valve cover gasket which has the connector built into it..my whole right side wasn't working. would idle sometimes, sometimes die. i did limp it to the shop about 1 mile away, didn't even think the thing was going to make it! hope this helps.

btw,i'm sure when you take the valve cover off you will see it messed up. he showed me mine, and the connector was all melted. the injector and i think glow plug wire was shorted out.
