I am looking for a remanufactured 7.3 non-turbo, non-powerstroke engine for a 1994 E-350 van.
Can anyone help me out with a reputable supplier please.

Check your local (if you have one) Freightliner dealership. They carry a line called Reviva and they rebuild the 7.3's. I put a set of Reviva heads on mine years ago with great results. It will also carry a nationwide warranty thru all the Freightliner dealerships.
