so you replaced the batts and starter. what do you cables look like? can you test restance threw them? also what type of starter did you get? is the the big heavy one or the lighter gear reduction one?

What is the CCA rating on the batteries you installed? These require at least 850 CCA, more is better. I have 1250 CCA group 31's in mine right now.

for the fuel there is on metal line on top of the injector and then there is a rubber hose that runs threw the injector the one on top (metal line) is only dripping fuel but the hose is pouring out. bought another new starter cus i thought i might have burnt the other out turning over good now but no start

---AutoMerged DoublePost---

now the intake is not sucking in

metal line to injectors will only have a little bit come out of it. the rubber line is your return line. depending on where you unhooked the rubber line from, there will be lots of fuel coming out of it. now, with all the injector lines hooked up, and cranking, do you get any smoke out of the tail pipe?

try ether, or gas raggin' it.If it fires with ether, you've got air in the system.bleed it off with the bleeder on the filter housing. those motors were bad about gettin air when they sit for a long time.
