This is a 2000 Dodge Ram 2500 CTD (Cummins Turbo Diesel) 4x4 Sport Edition in the Rare and Hard to Find Intense Blue Pearl Color. Truck is a Quad Cab with the Long Bed. I have had this truck since 2003 and its always been adult owned, non smoker. The Truck has 175k on it and has just had a re-manufactured automatic transmission and torque converter installed with a transferable warranty to whomever purchases it(just installed less than 50 miles ago). The truck is stock with the exception of an aftermarket lift pump w/ fuel pressure gauge and the turbo has been upgraded to the Holset HX35. Truck had exhaust replaced with a 3" straight exhaust. Truck has always ran great and never let me down. This is a hard to find diesel in this color with the sport package. Asking $14500 OBO

Offer 3-4k less, people are always emotionally attached to their vehicles and everybody thinks their vehicle is worth more than it is by about 20%. It loooks to be in good condition, but you should look at it, drive it, carfax it. Have your info wrote down on a piece of paper and give it to him, wait a week or so and call him back. If he doesn't budge at all he probably doesn't really need to sell it. You'll get more bang for your buck finding somebody who needs to sell.
good luck!
