hey all got a 1991 f250 with the 7.3 i replaces the core support and now all the guages donw work execpt the batt voltage. the fuel guage, coolent, spedo, tach, and oil pressure are all out the fual shows past full, the tach says 0 all the time, and oil pressure shows 0. now i know all these sensors didnt all go bad so i think somethin wiring. maybe a bad ground but i dont know which wire is ground any help would be great thank you everyone who can help. tim

 

i would look for a bad ground, also your tach plugs into your ip and the temp gage plug is down between the thermostat housing and oil fill neck and the oil pressure switch i believe is on the driverside up front of the block behind the a/c compressor! check all those make sure nothing came unplugged also check fuses.

 

passenger side of the truck, drivers side of the battery there is 2 or 3 grounds that go from your support harness to the support itself check them i had issues with mine there

 

i checked them i put a new rad support in and had to drill a new hole for that too and used a bolt with some washers. the batt and 2 other wires go to that bolt so shouldnt they all be grounded threw the batt? or do i gotta run one down to the frame?
