Other uses for an OBD II Scanner
If anybody knows, but never had attempted of course,
of how someone could use of an Actron CP9125 OBD II Pocket Scan Tool illicitely, please let me know. PM me would be fine. The only thing I can think of is to try to "beat" an emmissions test.
