i have a 1992 f250 that was repowered with a 1984 6.9, it has a banks waste gate turbo on it that runs 9-10 boost the ip was turned up on it i am pretty sure cuz it would role the coal big time so i backed it off bout 3 flats, it still smokes a bit, my egt's run bout 600-700 normal driving down the road at 60-65 mph but as soon as i get to a hill my egt's will climb rite up to 850-900 easy, i also notice at nite that it is blowin alot of blueish gray smoke is this normal?

 

the EGTs sound perect now for cruising. as for the hazing do u know the miles that are on the 6.9?

 

roughly 200,000 miles the motor looked real clean like it was gone over i have no clue what the history of this motor is it starts and runs great the return lines look new and i am getting an avereage of 18 mpg with it when driving normal
