APPS Sensor or Something Else?

APPS Sensor or Something Else?
I recently had another post, where I reset the APPS and my problem went away, but its back. Here's the story:
First hot day, I park the truck and walk away. Come back 8 hours later and check engine light is on when I start the truck. Reads codes 0122 and 1639. APPS sensor voltage low.
I have NO symptoms. I reset the APPS, and cleared the codes. It stayed off for 48 hours. Then it came back. Cleared it again and it came back in 24 hours.
Do I need a new APPS? I have NO issues with the truck just the damned light. Is it a voltage issue? I have two new batteries in the truck ( 2 mo. old ).
So. Timbo Apps or something else?
Thanks,
Justin H
